What is Roll & Release?
In Roll & Release we practice self-myofascial release a.k.a tool assisted self-massage. We use single balls or peanut shaped rollers that have a bit of squish to them. Practitioners typically experience relief of muscle tension, improved range of motion, proprioception and muscular control. Classes often incorporate additional mobility exercises, and intentional breathing.
