FAQ
Who should consider private instruction?
Private sessions are great for anyone interested in gaining a personalized instruction and attention that you may not get in a group class. Specifically those with busy schedules, new to a yoga or movement practice, who are recovering from an injury, or who feels stuck in their current practice are prime candidates.
What are your rates?
Private sessions are priced similarly to massage therapy or personal training. I will share a quote after an initial conversation.
How do I get started?

I don’t live in NYC but would like to work with you, can we meet virtually?
Yes, virtual instruction is a great option if you are not local to NYC. Just let me know if that is your preference when you reach out!
“My one hour private session with Jess was incredibly helpful. Not only did she answer a million questions for me, but recommended exercises, gentle self massage and breathing techniques. Her positive attitude and calm approach to addressing my goals was great. Walking to my appointment with her, my back had been aching—but one hour later, as I walked home, I realized I was completely pain free. I now have some solid tools to keep my back in check.”
