ABOUT

Yoga and self massage are tools that deepen the connection to our mind, body, spirit and community. I am motivated to share these practices with others to promote their health and well being. My classes guide students through an exploration of their unique internal landscape to create space for self reflection and inquiry.

I started practicing yoga in 2009, and I quickly discovered that consistent practice resulted in a totally new relationship to my body and mind. After exploring a range of yoga styles, I completed a 200hr yoga teacher training at Kula Yoga Project in 2017. Since my initial training, I have continued to study integrative anatomy and completed trainings in self myofascial release, mobility and prenatal yoga. Inspired by the benefits of self-massage and captivated by human anatomy, I left a career in Fashion Design to become a Licensed Massage Therapist.

I love learning to move in all the ways, so outside of ball rolling and yoga, you can find me rock climbing, powerlifting, and ice skating!
