Jess is passionate about getting folks moving with freedom and joy. She views yoga, strength straining and self massage as pathways for healthy living and tools for healing the mind, body and spirit. Her classes are inspired by integrative anatomy studies and guides students of all levels through an exploration of their unique internal landscape.
